These pages include resources and support files for learning the basis of R within the framework of introductory inferential statistics. They are used for my workshop on statistical analysis using R, on better graphic presentations and for the course: CAMS 6001: Experimental Design and Statistics at Sultan Qaboos University.
The R tests section includes a series of statistical tests performed with the basic install of R. It includes both parametric and non parametric tests.
The Data files section includes a list of files (mostly .csv) files to be used in the workshop, course work and exercises.
The Packages section describes briefly some of the most commonly used packages that enhance and increase R capabilities.
The Bibliography section includes a series (not exhaustive) of books and ebooks on R and some of its packages.
